Returns and Warranty Policy
A refund may be issued for a purchase provided the following criteria are met:
- The products purchased are displaying signs of manufacturing faults (not user negligence) within 24-hours from time of purchase.
- Faulty products must be returned (in original packaging) to a staff member in exchange for either a product replacement or store credit.
- The products are in their original condition and have not been used, damaged, tampered with, or altered.
